“See u all in hell” is two and a half minutes of pure up beat progressiveness featuring brake shouting things like “F*CK YOU I CAN LOVE WHO I WANT!” and “YOUR GOD IS LIKE A DEVIL CAUSE HE HATES ALL OF MY FRIENDS!”. When asked about the song brake states, “see u all in hell is about us. It’s our anthem and our cry for acceptance. It’s about creating a new world, sticking together, and letting everyone know that all the hate in the world can’t tear our love apart”.
Growing up in a small town outside of Houston, TX; brake felt unaccepted because of their long hair and alternative ideals, they began making music as way to escape depression and the hate they received by the staff at their Christian high school everyday. “I like to write music about everyday situations that people can actually relate to”. Brake is the friend that encourages you to be yourself and be different.
After years of hard work, their dedication finally led them to meet Cisco Adler, who then invited brake to work hand in hand with him at Cocoon Malibu; a house in Malibu, CA that serves as a retreat and incubator for up and coming artists. Working to get brake’s music career in motion, Cisco ultimately ended up signing Brake to his label “Bananabeat Records”.
The world is full of inequalities; brake is here to let you know that we have a voice and those who speak the loudest are the ones who are heard. Immerse yourself in this progressive pop-punk masterpiece. See u all in hell! 😈
